Environmental Laws: A Field Guide for BC’s North and Central Coast and Haida Gwaii

Developed in partnership with the Coastal Stewardship Network (CFN), this new resource is an update to our 2011 Guide, which is used as a training tool for Guardians and in the field while they monitor and protect their territories. This version updates references to Crown laws and regulations and the Great Bear Rainforest Agreements. It also has an updated layout and features the art of Haíɫzaqv artist and knowledge holder Maxwell Johnson Sr.
